It won Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, and Best Original Screenplay at the Academy Awards which is precisely why I went to see it. And it did everything except to disappoint. I never liked Guillermo Del Toro's Hellboy, but if only for Pan's, I'm such a fan. Stunning.

LOVED it.
Oh my god. I finally saw one movie that's actually worth seeing this year. I'm talking about the visually breathtaking Pan's Labyrinth. If there's one movie that you have to see this week, it's not Gray Matters with it's Bridget Moynahan-Heather Graham overly-hyped lesbian kiss, but Pan's Labyrinth.
