Interview equals mental cramps

So I had a job interview again yesterday. This time it's with a publishing company and I was applying for the Marketing Executive position. I was early this time. I swear to you guys, I never expected an interview could cause unbearable headache. He was asking me about lessons from as far as three years ago, which I most definitely wouldn't (and didn't) remember. I was grilled for nearly an hour and a half about financial/marketing theories. I could almost feel my brain bleed. He also has this habit of throwing questions that will leave you open-mouthed unconsciously. Fortunately I was careful enough not to fall into his trap.

He said that he is very hardworking, implied that he is demanding, also (purposely?) implied that he is smart. He said that the position I am applying for was the one he held five years ago (now he's the Business Unit Manager). He also said that since January of this year 6 people have tried to fill the position. They're all gone now. The best one was able to stay for 2 months.

If he was trying to scare me away, he was so close to succeeding. And as if he wasn't content with the loooong interview, he gave me an assignment: A two-page essay about the Theory of Constraints, which I'm about to email him now.

P.S.
I'm seriously thinking not to pursue this job. He called me Jessa 2 times. No, wait, 6 times if you count the time when he came out of his office: "Jessa-jessa-jessa..hmmm...Are you Jessa?"

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!
